You wil receive an email confirming that we have received your claim. You will usually hear from us within 5 days. Although it may be more during peak periods.

If you are unable to attach the documentation to your claim at the time of completing the form, you can send them to us later.

Reply to the best of your ability. If we need further documentation or a more detailed description of the incident you will be contacted by a claims handler.

Which file formats can I submit?
You can attach files in the following formats: .pdf .png .jpg .jpeg .xps .xlsx eller .docx and up to 10MB per file.

Yes, unfortunately you need to fill out the data every time you file a claim.

If a receipt covers several persons you need to attache the receipt for both claims. Please write on the receipt which amount that should be covered in the claim.
