When can I submit a claim?
You can submit your claim immediately after the incident. In other words, you don't need to wait until you return from your trip. What happens after I have completed the claim form?
You wil receive an email confirming that we have received your claim. You will usually hear from us within 5 days. Although it may be more during peak periods.

Can I complete the claim form if I don't have access to the supporting documentation?
If you are unable to attach the documentation to your claim at the time of completing the form, you can send them to us later.

I am not sure how to reply to the questions?
Reply to the best of your ability. If we need further documentation or a more detailed description of the incident you will be contacted by a claims handler.

Which file formats can I submit?
You can attach files in the following formats: .pdf .png .jpg .jpeg .xps .xlsx eller .docx and up to 10MB per file.

Do I need to fill in the data every time?
Yes, unfortunately you need to fill out the data every time you file a claim.

What should I do if a receipt covers expences for several persons?
If a receipt covers several persons you need to attache the receipt for both claims. Please write on the receipt which amount that should be covered in the claim.

Can I file a claim on behalf of my children and/or spouse?
Yes. When you file the claim you are asked whether the person filing the claim and the person affected by the claim are the same person.
