When can I submit a claim?
You can submit your claim after your local insurance company has handled your claim.

What happens after I have completed the claim form?
You wil receive an email confirming that we have received your claim. You will usually hear from us within two weeks although it may be more during peak periods.

Can I complete the claim form if I don't have access to the supporting documentation?
If you are unable to attach the documentation to your claim at the time of completing the form, you can send them to us later. However, we cannot finalize your claim until we have received all relevant documentation.

Reply to the best of your ability. If we need further documentation or a more detailed description of the incident you will be contacted by a claims handler.
